Immunizations
Required Immunizations
Immunizations are important to general health. Rollins College requires that all students have the following immunizations:
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
- Hepatitis B (Hep B)
- Meningitis (MCV4)
First-year and transfer students starting classes at Rollins, please download the Mandatory Immunization Health History Form. If you have any questions about the required immunizations, please call us at 407-628-6340. Submit completed immunization forms via email: immunizations@rollins.edu.
Written medical consent is required by Florida law if your child is under the age of 18 to be seen by Health Services at Rollins College. Please complete the medical consent (section C) on the Mandatory Immunization form and submit to immunizations@rollins.edu so there will be no delays in medical care provided at the Wellness Center.
