Transcripts & Degree Verification
In compliance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) as amended, transcripts cannot be issued without your written or electronic consent; therefore, the Office of the Registrar requires that all official requests for transcripts be made by electronic authentication via Parchment, (TranscriptsPlus) ordering system.
Ordering Transcripts
All transcripts are requested online through Parchment.com and can only be made by the student. Phone requests and third-party requests are not accepted. Credit/Debit card is the only accepted method of payment.
Current Students
Information on ordering transcripts for current students can be found in MyRollins.
Electronic (PDF) Transcript (eTranscript) with Tracking Service
An eTranscript is a certified, electronically delivered PDF transcript sent securely to the e-mail address(es) you designate. eTranscripts are identical to a paper transcript. Each eTranscript is $10.00. Fee(s) are submitted by credit or debit card payment only, at the time of order.
Paper Transcripts (mailed via U.S. Postal Mail-standard delivery)
Paper transcripts are mailed via USPS (United States Postal Service) using first-class postage. Each request is $15.00. Fee(s) are submitted by credit or debit card payment only, at the time of order.
Paper transcript requests are typically processed in 2-3 business days, (excluding weekends and holidays) and can take longer to process during peak times such as registration and graduation. Please allow 7-10 business days, after our processing, for it to be delivered, and additional time to be processed by the recipient. There is no overnight or expedited mailing option.
Apostille Transcripts
Apostille transcripts are usually for employment overseas, for foreign governments’ documentation or military purposes. Apostille/Notarized transcripts are $65.00 per order. Follow the paper transcript process, then choose Apostille/Notarized. Have the transcript mailed to your preferred address. Do not open the envelope once received. It must be sent to the Florida Department of State, and it must remain in the original sealed envelope. The State of Florida's charges are in addition to the $65.00 apostille/notarized transcript fee. For more information, please visit the FL Dept of State website at: https://dos.myflorida.com/sunbiz/other-services/apostille-notarial-certification/
Unofficial Transcripts
Rollins College does not provide unofficial transcripts or copies of transcripts from other universities, colleges, high schools, or various score reports which are on file with Rollins College (i.e. Advanced Placement, TOEFL and International Baccalaureate) to current or former students.

Verifications
Rollins College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications.
Enrollment/Expected Graduation Verifications
Only currently registered students can access their enrollment verifications (certificates) here.
If you need a "good standing" verification, please use your unofficial transcript, which is accessed in MyRollins. Academic standing is reflected on the unofficial transcript.
If you need an expected graduation letter, the enrollment certificate has also replaced this, as the certificate includes the expected graduation date.
This process has replaced the written PDF letters. Electronic letters on letterhead will no longer be provided.
Questions can be sent to registrar@rollins.edu.
