Application
A completed Application for Graduate Admission with a $50 non-refundable application fee. Credit card, check, or money order made payable to Rollins College.

Transcripts
Official transcripts from the bachelor’s- or master’s-degree-granting college or university institution. An undergraduate GPA of 3.0+ is recommended. Official electronic transcripts may be sent to holtadmission@rollins.edu.

Resume & Recommendations
A current resume reflecting current position and/or volunteer experience, as well as two letters of recommendation, are required to be submitted via the online application process.

Admissions Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Official transcripts from the bachelor's- or master's-degree-granting college or university institution.
- Personal statement
- An essay responding to the following prompts in two to three paragraphs to illustrate your understanding of the field and program at Rollins: 1) Detail your understanding of behavior analysis as a field, 2) Describe why you would like to become a master’s level behavior analyst, and 3) Why do you believe the Rollins ABACS program specifically is the right fit for you? Your responses should be typed, double-spaced and submitted via a Word or PDF document through the online application.
- Two letters of recommendation are required to be submitted via the online application process. Please identify professional and/or academic supporters who know you and can appraise your ability to pursue a graduate degree in this area. Recommendation letters are confidential and will be received electronically via the online application.
- An interview with all applicants will meet with program faculty as part of the application review process. This will give applicants the opportunity to fully understand our program curriculum, rigor and ask questions. Faculty will assess students’ understanding of applied behavior analysis as a profession, the student motivation for joining the Rollins program and the career outcomes applicants are seeking.
Additional Requirements for International Students
- TOEFL, IELTS, or DET scores. Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency by submitting scores from TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), IELTS (International English Language Testing System), or DET (Duolingo English Test). To indicate adequate proficiency, you must score 550 (PBT), 213 (CBT), 80 (IBT) on the (TOEFL), an overall band score of a 6.5 or higher on the (IELTS), or 120 or higher on the DET.
- Permanent resident or visa status
- Students submitting foreign college or university transcripts must have them evaluated and translated by an approved service. Rollins accepts evaluations from Josef Silny & Associates, Inc., WES, and SpanTran (via the Rollins portal).
