Master of Human Resources Curriculum
An applied business program rooted in the liberal arts
The 40-hour, cohort-based MHR program is designed for both experienced HR professionals—including trainers, recruiters, consultants, and analysts—as well as early career HR professionals. Conveniently offered in the evenings, our hybrid-format classes blend the best of in-person and online learning. Cohorts move through the program in lockstep, meaning everyone on the full-time track takes the same courses during the semester.
At Rollins, you’ll gain skills to build relationships, analyze problems, recommend solutions, and evaluate effectiveness—preparing you for post-graduation success.
Rollins’ MHR program is one of only 200 nationwide that aligned with SHRM-approved curriculum. It combines business skills, HR principles, and timely HR issues, backed by AACSB accreditation.
Program Structure
Students can complete the program in two or three years of study, with courses typically meeting one evening per week.
